There should be nothing stopping me from running my own private "health system". With universal system in place that should free me from having to cater to those who cant afford my new wonder drug/service. People will always waste their health to get wealth only to give what ever they have to get it back. So let em do it. I will open a cruise ship hospital in international waters catering to the rich with booze and blackjack. The good ole SS FU Payme. I say go ahead and have universal health care.
